The loaf that started it all. Our Classic Gingerbread Loaf is made from a family recipe passed down for generations, originally shared with our founder’s great-grandmother by her caretaker nearly a century ago.
It became the heart of Daddy Ray’s Gingerbread, a beloved Fort Worth bakery. Today, it lives on in Austin, baked by hand in small batches using molasses, cinnamon, and love.
